Angie has been involved in Special Olympics Connecticut for 8 years. She wanted to become a Global Messenger so that she could teach athletes and other people to understand what the program is about. Special Olympics means a lot to her because she knows that she can make a difference to change people's lives.

Angie works at the Cheshire Stop and Shop, and loves spending time with her family, friends and dog Raven. She likes to run on her own, and also likes to watch TV, talk on the phone, and go shopping.
