Ryan has been an athlete for 14 years. He supports Tip-a-Cops, Cop-on-Top's and the Torch Run in his town. He became a Global Messenger in 2008 and he looks forward to new experiences using his training.

He lives at home with his Mom and Dad and enjoys visits from his two brothers and their families. He travels and plays with the Special Hockey International, CT Chasers hockey team. They have been to Canada, Missouri, Maryland, Virginia and New York. He has also traveled to Florida and Hawaii with his family.

Hi other activities are watching "Law & Order" on TV and DVD's, going to theatre productions and movies and the South Windsor Young Adult Social Club.

Special Olympics has made his life better through sports training, participation in social activities and development of meaningful friendships. Staying over in the dorms for State Games is great. He hopes to keep participating in SOCT for a very long time.
