I have participated with Special Olympics Connecticut for 14 years with Seaside Saybrook as a certified coach for Track and Field and also as an athlete for Unified® Volleyball. I became a Global Messenger for Special Olympics in the Fall of 2006 and I am excited to share my good experiences. I have worked at Stop and Shop in Clinton, CT. for the last 19 years in the Bakery.

I like to travel to see my friends and new places. I enjoy going to the beach, movies, shopping, reading and bowling. I have a pet dog and cat.

Being part of Special Olympics makes me feel proud and I like helping others. I enjoy traveling within the state to different events and meetings. It is fun meeting new people and seeing old friends.
