Warren Hartleb joined Special Olympics Connecticut 15 years ago to compete in sports, have fun, and meet new people. In that amount of time, Warren has blossomed into a star athlete, having competed at the first Special Olympics National Games this past July. Warren attended the games in Ames, Iowa with the Softball Team, where they placed third, earning a Bronze medal.
Besides Softball, Warren also competes in Floor Hockey, Bowling, and Cycling. He loves the thrill of competing against other athletes and battling for a medal. Warren is also Outside of SOCT, Warren enjoys collecting remote control cars, buying yo-yos, listening to rock-and-roll music, and collecting Aero Smith apparel.
