Regional:
Eastern Region
Currently, the Eastern Region organizes and executes five sports competitions a year, including:
- March - Windham Swim Meet - 225 athletes, coaches and partners. 400 volunteers.
- May - Regional Games hosted by the University of Hartford, The Watkinson School and Weaver High School - 1,000+ athletes, coaches and partners. 700 volunteers.
- August - Softball Invitational Tournament in Groton - 100+ athletes, coaches and partners. 50 volunteers.
- November - Unified and Traditional Bowling Qualifiers in East Hartford in Groton - 500+ athletes, coaches and partners. 250 volunteers.

The Eastern Region also conducts several special events throughout the year, such as:
- The New London and Middletown Penguin Plunges in February and March
- Cop on Top fundraisers in July and August
- Corporate 5k in Downtown Hartford in August
- The Bowl-A-Thon with the Harford Wolf*Pack in November
- The Holiday Dinner in December

Southwest Region
Currently, the Southwest Region organizes and executes several sports competitions a year, including:
- April - Police Athletic League Invitational, Staples H.S., Westport, CT - 200 athletes, 100 coaches, partners and volunteers.
- May - Regional Games , Trumbull High School - 700 athletes and partners & 700 volunteers.
- October - Bowling Invitational - Norwalk, CT and Hamden, CT - 500 athletes, coaches & partners.
- November - Bowling Qualifier - Milford, CT - 500 athletes & partners, 200 volunteers.

- The East Haven Penguin Plunge at East Haven Town Beach - Saturday, December 2, 2006
- The Westport Penguin Plunge at Compo Beach in Westport, CT - Saturday, March 10, 2006

Northwest Region
Currently, the Northwest Region organizes and executes five sports competitions a year, including:
- March - Traditional Basketball Invitational in Waterbury - 200 athletes, 150 coaches and volunteers.
- April - Aquatics Invitational in Watertown - 150 athletes, 100 coaches and volunteers.
- May - Regional Games hosted by Bristol Eastern High School and the Dennis Malone Aquatics Center in Bristol - 500 athletes and partners. 600 coaches and volunteers.
- August - Softball Invitational Tournament in Danbury - 200 athletes and partners. 60 coaches and volunteers.
- November - Unified and Traditional Bowling Qualifiers in the greater Southington and Danbury areas - 350 athletes and partners. 150 coaches and volunteers.
