Zoom Room Cooking Classes
Special Olympics Connecticut has partnered with the University of Saint Joseph’s Nutrition and Dietetics (https://www.facebook.com/USJNutrition/) program to provide regular healthy cooking demonstrations in our SOCT Zoom Room.
Student and faculty volunteers from the University demonstrate how to plan, measure and prepare various healthy recipes such as butternut squash soup, three bean salad and gingerbread apple muffins. All of the recordings of our previous cooking classes can be found on our SOCT Fit 5 at Home Portal under the Nutrition tab HERE.
