SOCTFit5 Facebook Group- This Facebook group is designed to provide athletes with tools to stay active and healthy at home and encourage them to continue training in the absence of practices and competitions. We have offered two 8-Week Challenges to motivate athletes to stay active at home in preparation for both in-person and virtual SOCT Sports events. During the 8-week challenges, we create and post daily fitness activities such as Zumba, yoga, and strength training classes as well as healthy nutrition resources.
