Virtual Events

We're excited to let you know about a new virtual competition
featuring Contemporary and Hip Hop Dance!

 Here's how it works:

  1. * A pre-recorded 30-second dance routine for each style of dance will be shared on our website. A link to the music will also be included.
  2. * Four 20- to 30-minute virtual practice sessions for each style of dance will be offered via Zoom. These practices will allow the dance instructor to modify the dance, as needed, and teach and guide athletes.
  3. * Athletes will practice the dance routine on their own and record the performance they'd like to submit for the competition using google forms. All athletes who submit a video will be featured in our 2020 Holiday Sports Virtual Presentation of Results which will be shared on the Special Olympics CT website and social media platforms.
