Special Olympics Connecticut (SOCT) Local Programs are coordinated by volunteers and/or employees of a community, school or agency who are dedicated to involving individuals with intellectual disabilities in Special Olympics sports training and competitions. Local Programs are managed by Local Coordinator(s) who oversee the recruiting, registering and training of all athletes who participate on their Special Olympics team.
