The Special Olympics Unified Sports® Program
The Unified Sports® Program promotes social inclusion through sports, encouraging understanding and respect for individuals of all abilities in our schools and communities. In this program, Special Olympics Connecticut (SOCT) athletes train and compete alongside Unified Sports® partners, their fellow athletes without intellectual disabilities.
Do you enjoy playing basketball, volleyball, softball or soccer? Or are you a swimmer, tennis player or runner? There's no better way to share your love of sports and experience the rewards you gain by participating as a Special Olympics Unified Sports® partner! Volunteer as a Unified Sports® partner and help our athletes realize their potential.
