Massimo Sirgado

Massimo “Massi” Sirgado is a Unified Sports® athlete who will be going to the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games with his teammates from Oxford High School to compete in basketball. Massi is 17 years old and in addition to being on the Unified basketball team, is a referee for soccer at his school and a fierce competitor on the soccer field too! He has been involved in Unified Sports® for over a year.

Massi is most proud when he’s helping others and impacting their lives in a positive way. 
He has made the honor roll, loves all activities that involve soccer and Unified Sports®, and is great at public speaking. 

Massi says that going to the 2026 Special Olympics USA Games means a lot to him because he knows that not many people have this opportunity. He looks forward to supporting his teammates and having fun with them. To prepare, he is spending extra time practicing his basketball skills with his teammates.
