This will be Scott’s second USA Games - he also participated in the 2014 Special Olympics USA Games in New Jersey.

“I have made many friends from all over the United States. Special Olympics changed my life socially for the better,” says Scott.

Scott is most proud of his team and having great teammates. Scott is married “to a wonderful woman” and is a strong advocate for young adults with intellectual disabilities.

Scott enjoys watching sports, acting with a local theater troupe, and writing stories. He writes a blog for the Arc of the Farmington Valley and is proud of his writing skills. Scott admires his family and wife the most because of all the support they give him.

Scott is excited for the opportunity to attend the USA Games. He is looking forward to seeing Minnesota and meeting new people. To prepare, Scott has been practicing with his softball team and exercising on his bike.
